Accommodation - The Loft

The Loft accommodation provides a truly unique experience, perched above our stables, allowing you to immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of our horses below. This cozy retreat features two inviting bedrooms, including one with a queen bed and another with a single bed, along with a convenient fold-out sofa bed in the lounge area.

Your comfort is our priority, with a newly renovated bathroom, a welcoming lounge equipped with a TV and dining area, and a kitchenette complete with a coffee machine, fridge, microwave, sandwich maker, and even a washing machine. Air conditioning throughout ensures a comfortable stay in any season.

Step out onto your private balcony, where you can savor breathtaking views of Sutton Farm and its outdoor arena. The Loft is the ideal sanctuary for a relaxing getaway with your cherished equine companion.

The Round Yard

Our enclosed sand yard is your haven for equine training. From pre-exercise lunging to launching your horse's riding journey, it's the perfect space. Enjoy the added advantage of a viewing platform, offering a fresh perspective and ideal for demonstrations.

Drive

From Sydney:
• When travelling south along the Hume Highway take the exit to Mittagong/Bowral/Moss Vale.
• In the centre of Mittagong stay left at the traffic lights at a fork in the road.
• When approaching Bowral and another fork in the road, stay left again.
• Continue through Bowral and after approximately 10 minutes, reach Moss Vale.
• Continue for 5-10 minutes until reaching Sutton Forest.
• Once through the village Sutton Farm is approximately 2km on the right-hand side.

From Canberra:
• Travel along the Hume Highway for approximately 1.5 hours.
• Take the exit to Moss Vale and at the top of the exit turn right onto the Illawarra Highway.
• Continue for approximately 5 minutes and the driveway for Sutton Farm will be on the left-hand side.
