GB PRE National Championships - 28-30th July 2023

The GB PRE National Championship Show is open for entries! Our annual championships is a showcase for the Spanish and other Iberian horses in the UK. Held at Hartpury College in Gloucestershire from 28-30th July, we have a huge range of classes and events on offer: from official Morphology ANCCE classes, to dressage, working equitation, horse agility, showing, tapas night with displays plus much more... It’s an amazing weekend and whether you bring a horse or just come to watch you’ll have a great time.

This has long been a great activity that utilises the knowledge and skill of members and enables GB PRE to amplify the members activity and reach such as running local groups and helping to formulate and develop new ideas and act as a powerful collective voice on behalf of all PRE owners, riders and supporters.

The Purebred Spanish Horse (PRE) has been represented in the UK since 1982 when the British Association for the Purebred Spanish Horse Ltd (BAPSH) was founded. In 2016 it was decided that BAPSH would be responsible for horse registrations and basic gradings and GB PRE would be responsible for membership and all other activities including ANCCE Morphology Competitions, Copa ANCCE for - Dressage, Working Equitation, Doma Vaquera & Alta Escuela plus TRC Evaluations.
